Do you want something that it is very tasty but also very fast for dinner? Try this spicy smashed potates. How many times, at dinner time, we don’t know what to cook? This recipe, I can assure to you, is an indispensable save dinner and even your kids will love it. Of course, I used the spices and the cheese that i had in the fridge but, if you want to, you can also make this recipe only using oil, salt and pepper with mozzarella and the way of cooking will be exactly the same

First thing to do is to wash potatoes.
Cook the potatoes for 20/30 min
In the mean time, in a cup, add the oil, rosemary, parsley, paprika, onion and pepper.
Cut the cheese in sticks .
5) then in cubes.
Drain the potatoes and put them in a mold covered with baking paper and put on them just a little bit of oil.
With an accessory (or a glass, if you don’t have it) smash the potatoes.
Pour the mix of spices and oil on the smashed potatoes.
Grate some Parmiggiano on the top of it and cook in the oven at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
Take potatoes from the oven, put some cheese cubes on it and put them again in the oven for another 10 minutes, just the time to melt the cheese.
Serve your spicy smashed potatoes cooked in the oven.
