800 g potatoes
400 g mushrooms, pleurotes, pan-fried, no salt, no fat added
1 tablespoon capers
50 g black olives
1 clove garlic
200 g tomato sauce
4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
q.s. salt

First thing to do is to cut mushrooms in slices and to wash them and then peel the potatoes and cut them in cloves (1).In a pan warm the oil with the garlic (2) pour the potatoes, the capers and mushrooms. Let it cook for five minutes (3) add a little bit of water, put salt and let it cook until the potatoes will be soft (4).

Add the tomato sauce and cook it for another 10 minutes (5) add the oil and cook it for 5 minutes and then serve it (6)
