Champignon mushroom cutlets cooked in the oven

Today a very tasty recipe that I suggest you to do as an appetizer on special occasions: champignon mushroom cutlets cooked in the oven. Nothing simpler and tastier. Mushroom will be soft on the inside but so crunchy on the outside thanks to breading with a double passage in the egg and breadcrumbs. An autumnal side dish very cheap and perfect for everyone. You can also cut them in slices and breading them in egg and breadcrumbs but I assure you that also the whole mushroom is very delicious. This can be also a light recipe If you won’t do the double passage in the egg and breadcrumbs and if you will use wholemeal breadcrumbs. In conclusion you can use less salt and oil to make it everything lighter. I will do these champignon mushroom cutlets as an ppetizers for Christmas that is very near.
If you will eat these cutlets with creams such as maionese, they won’t be light anymore, but everything will be even better.
Come on, we can do some exception for the holidays!
