Steps Salt Crêpes cake with mushrooms and cheese
Pour the eggs in a cup (1) mix it a little bit and pour it the milk (2)
Sift the flour and add it to milk and eggs (3) mix it all with electric whip or with a ladle to take off lumples, take the compound (4) and let it rest the batter for 30 minutes.
Pour it in a wet and hot pan until your compound will be well distributed (5)
Now in the mold put the fist crêpes (6), slices of boiled potatoes (7), baked ham (8), pieces of scamorza (9) and another crêpe (10).
Continue with the baked ham (11), cheddar, scamorza and pieces of meatballs (12), mushrooms (13) and another crêpes and continue with the layers until you will be on the top with the last crêpes and butter flakes.Bake in a preheated oven at 356° for 30 minutes, let cool slightly and serve our savory crepe cake(14)
