Mushroom filled with tuna and olives

Today really tasting recipe, mushroom filled with tuna and olives.
You can consider this recipe as an unique plate or as a side dish but, in any case, it will be super good.
I love to fill it with olives and tuna but you can use everything you wish. Tuna, ascolane olives, eggs, parmesan and breadcrumbs are ingredients that you can use to fill you mushrooms that will be super crunchy outside and soft inside!

Ingredients

12 champignon mushroom
6 ounces tuna in oil
2 eggs
2 tablespoons grated Grana Padano
4 tablespoons bread crumbs
q.s. salt
1 clove garlic
q.s. extra-virgin olive oil

1 Baking Dish
1 Teaspoon

Steps

First thing to do is to wash the mushroom, remove the stems and cut in thin pieces

Cook the stems in a pan with oil and garlic

pour it the stems in a cup with the drained tuna

Add the olives

Add the eggs

Add the cheese

the bread crumbs. If you will have the impression that your dough is too soft, add other breadcrumb

now fill your mushroom

put them in a mold covered with baking paper, cover with oil and cook in a preheated oven at 356 degrees for 30 minutes
