Today a recipe super good to taste and super easy to make in every occasion,
phyllo pastry triangles with cooked potatoes and cheese.
I never cooked anything with pasta phyllo but i think that i will start to do a lot of recipe with this ingredients because is really a save dinner o save lunch and you can also do some very delicious appetizers with it that you can eat with your family or friends.
I always was very curios about taste of pasta phyllo, i can say that it really surprised me!
For sure i will also try to do sweet recipe with pasta phyllo.

First thing to do is to boil the potatoes for 25 minutes

mash the potatoes with a potato masher or fork

season with extra virgin olive oil

add the salt

add the pepper

mix everything very well

ut the phyllo dough into three parts lengthwise

brush with extra virgin olive oil

put on the top of the phyllo the boiled potatoes, a little bit of cooked ham and some pieces of scamorza cheese

fold the first side well diagonally

fold also the second side

the third

the fourth and close with the fifth

place the phyllo triangles on a baking tray covered with baking paper

brush again with the oil and cook in the warm oven at 320°f for 15/20 minutes and serve your phyllo pastry triangles.
