Ingredients

6 eggs
14 ounces zucchini
4 tablespoons parmesan cheese
q.s. salt
q.s. pepper
1 cup milk
1/2 cup cheese (stracchino)
1 knob butter (to grease the pan)

1 Bowl

Steps

First thing to do is to cut the zucchini into thin slices.

Put the zucchini into a pan that was greased with a knob of butter.
Put them in vertical on all the sides of the pan and, in the middle, in horizontal.

In a cup add the eggs.

Add the salt, pepper and Parmigiano.

With a whip mix all the ingredients.

Add the milk

Put the salt on the zucchini.

Add the eggs.

Add the pieces of crescenza cheese.

Add the Parmigiano.
Cook in a preheated oven at 356 degrees for 30/35 minutes and then serve your omelette with zucchini and stracchino cheese.
