Today friends i want to share with you a very special recipe that is a real save dinner and with that you will do a very good impression on your guests at home, this is the super soft cake with zucchini.
I wanted a cake with salt but not the classic one with puff pastry but something softer. I really enjoyed this idea and also my friends that were with me at home that night. That’s why i suggest you to try to do this one.
It’s really easy to make with a hand whiplash and something good to cut the zucchini in thin slices. I filled it with mozzarella fiordilatte and ungherese salami because i had those ingredients in my house but you can also put inside scamorza and baked ham or anything you prefer the most. I can assure to you that you will have a very good cake with a soft dough. Here below the recipe.

cut the zucchini in thin slices
cut the mozzarella in cubes
cut the salami in pieces
in un a cup add the eggs
Add the salt
add the pepper
the sunflower oil
milk
use the wisplah to mix it all
Add the salt to the yeast and flour
mix it with a spoon
add other flour at the compound
work until you will have a soft and smooth compound
Add to the zucchini salt, pepper and oil
add the zucchini to the compound and mix it all with hands
pour the zucchini in the compound
mix it all very well
pour half of the compound in a mold covered with baking paper
fill it with salami
and with mozzarella
pour it now the other half
Add the grana Padana on the top of it
Cook in a preheated oven at 356 degrees for 40 minutes . Let is cool and serve your super soft cake
