I’m so happy to inaugurate my first blog all in english language with this recipe that is really tasty, the POTATOES CAKE WITH CHEESE AND SAUSAGES. It gets ready really fastly and it get consumed,i can assure to you, also very fastly… Too delicious!

INGREDIENTS POTATOES CAKE WITH CHEESE AND SAUSAGES

  • 3 tablespoonsextra-virgin olive oil
  • 7 ouncessausage
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 5 tablespoonsbread crumbs
  • 2eggs
  • 4 tablespoonsparmesan crust
  • 7 ouncesswiss cheese (200 g)
  • 2 potatoes (400 g)

PREPARATION POTATOES CAKE WITH CHEESE AND SAUSAGES

  1. Wash the potatoes and boil it in abundant water for 30 minutes(1)

  2. Smash the potatoes whit a fork and let them get cold (2)

  3. In the mean time, cook in a pan the sausages. Once the sausages are ready cut them in pieces. (3)

  4. Add to the potatoes the egg , parmigiano cheese, salt and the bread crumbs (4)

  5. At this point we can create our cake. Cover a mold of 22 cm with baking paper,insert part of the compound with potatoes on the base and on the side(5)

  6. Add the smashed sausages and 200 g of Swiss cheese (6)

  7. Cover it with the rest of potatoes(7)

  8. Finish it with bread crumbs and flakes of butter(8)

  9. Cookit in a warm oven at 355° F for 25 minutes.

  10. Let it let it cool down and serve it.
