Puff pastry strudel with biscuit cream and nuts

Today I want to share with you a super easy and fast recipe that is also super greedy Puff pastry strudel with biscuit cream and nuts. In holidays time we use to make a lot of sweets for example the classic custard which is the basis for many preparations so it can happen that there might be some cream left over. This is will be a good way to use this left over cream. I combined biscuits with the left over custard but you can also which you prefer the most, also chocolate.. I have to say that this kind of sweets that are so fast to make always make satisfy because you weren’t even supposed to do that but they will be very appreciated and in few minutes all the sweet will be gone. But also if you won’t have some custard I suggest you to do that because it will be worthy.

First thing to do is to make the cream so you have to boil the milk with the lemon peel

in a cup add the sugar with the eggs

add the cornstarch

now that the milk will be hot you can add it in the cup with the eggs

put everything in a pot on the fire

mix until you will have a cream and let it cool in the fridge

crumble the biscuits

Add them to the cream

crumble also the walnuts

Add them to the cream and mix it all very well

cut the sides of the puff pastry

put the cream in the middle and use the sides that you have cut to cover the cake

pass the egg with a brush

put the sugar on the top of it and cook in a preheated oven at 356 degrees for 35 minutes.
