Some days ago I bought some apricots but they weren’t very good so I decided to put them in syrup, i made a cream with them and I served them with a delicious cream of yogurt and mascarpone and, i have to say, It really satisfied my desire for sweet.

First thing to do is to wash the apricots, leave the nut and cut them is pieces.
put the apricots in a cup with the sugar
melt the sugar and leave them from the fire of the gas.
