Cut the chicken breast into cubes.
In a pan, add the oil and grated ginger and heat.
Add the chicken breast and brown for about 10 minutes.
In the meantime, cut the spring onion and dissolve the corn starch in cold water.
Deglaze with teriyaki sauce.
Add the corn starch.
Leave to thicken for 5 minutes.
Add the spring onion and sesame seeds.
Serve with rice and vegetables.
