Mediterranean fresh salad

Mediterranean fresh salad is prepared with only fresh seasonal ingredients. Cherry tomatoes, small and sweet, peaches, cucumbers, salad and mozzarella. A complete, fresh and light dish to prepare for a quick lunch.

Ingredients

1 peach
10 cherry tomatoes
2 cups lettuce small, fresh
1 cucumber
salt
4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 lemon (only juice)
4 leaves basil

Steps

Peel the peaches, cut them in half and remove the pit.
Cut them into pieces of about 2 cm.
Peel the cucumbers and cut them first in half lengthwise and then into 3-4 mm thick slices.
Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half.
In a bowl, add the lettuce, cherry tomatoes, peaches and cucumbers.
Combine the salt, oil and lemon juice.
Mix well and arrange on two plates.
Add the basil leaves, the buffalo mozzarella cut in half and serve immediately.

You can add fresh pepper.
