Let’s begin with saying that all fries meals are delicious but I can assure to you that with the fried whipped batter is even better.
Whereas if we talk about all the ingredients that can be fried we could write a book. In this case i prepared a very sweet Margherita di Savoia onion.
What we can say friends? One of the greatest fries of all my life.
The whipped batter as a particularity but everything that is fried it has to be eaten immediately, although risk is to lose the crispness. But I tried to to put some onion rings, the night before, on the baking tray one next to each other and I cooked them for 8 minutes at 200 degrees.
So if you have some guests at home and you want to fries something but not in front of them the best way is to cook everything the day before.. to good, no?
