12.4 ounces spinach, fresh, boiled in distelled water, no salt, drained
4 eggs (medium)
q.s. salt
1 pinch black pepper
3 spoons grana padano
1 spoon potato starch
q.s. parsley
3.5 oz baked ham
7.05 ounces robiola

Cook the spinach in hot water.
