4 tablespoons potato starch (50 g)
4 ounces mascarpone (100 g)
1/2 cup butter (100 g)
1/2 cup ricotta cheese (100 g)

1 cup sugar (200 g)

In a cup mix the sugar with ricotta and mascarpone (1) add the apples cut in pieces (2) add the eggs and mix it all (3) then add the melted butter (4) and the cinnamon extract (5
