INGREDIENTS SPICED CHICKEN WITH PEPPERS IN A PAN

  • 1 kgchicken, drumstick, with skin, raw
  • 1/2 spoonturmeric powder
  • 1/2 spoonsweet paprika
  • 1/2 spooncurry
  • 1 spoontomato sauce
  • 2 spoonssoy sauce
  • 5 gsalt
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • 1 spoonextra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 glasswhite wine
  • 300 gpepper

PREPARATION SPICED CHICKEN WITH PEPPERS IN A PAN

  1. In a bowl, pour the chicken and combine all the spice, that is turmeric, paprika, curry, the soy sauce and the tomato sauce. (1)

  2. Massage in order to distribute everything well on each spindle. Leave act for 10 minutes. (2)

  3. In a pan heat the extra virgin olive oil with the garlic. Arrange the spindles and seal the meat on all sides(3)

  4. Deglaze with white wine and then cook. Cook, turning every now, for 20 mn (4)

  5. In the meantime, wash and cut the peppers into piece(5)

  6. Cook them first in a pan with garlic and oil. Then add them to the chicken. Salt. Continue cooking for 15 more and serve(6)
