Today i want to share with you a really special and tasty recipe the SOFT AND EASY PUMPKIN BISCUITS that are also really easy to make just in a few minutes.
Those are perfect even to make a little present when you are invited to dinner from your friends to their house.For sure you will make a good impression with them.
This recipe predict the baking of the pumpkin in a pot with sugar and water, i preferred to bake the pumpkin in a oven in order to make the dough less aqueous.

INGREDIENTS SOFT AND EASY PUMPKIN BISCUITS

  • 250 gpumpkin
  • 100 gyogurt, greek, 0% fat, flavored flavored
  • 120 geggs (2)
  • 1 sachetbaking powder for sweets
  • 120 gsugar
  • 120 gbutter
  • 450 g00 flour
  • 1 vialvanilla essence
  • 120 g powdered sugar

PREPARATION SOFT AND EASY PUMPKIN BISCUITS

  1. Take the peel away from the pumpkin, cut in pieces and then bake it in a warm oven at 180 degrees on baking paper for 20 minutes.(1)

  2. Once the pumpkin will be soft pour it in a bowl and then smash it with a fork till it will be a puree. (2)

  3. Pour the puree pumpkin into the bowl and then add the soft butter (3), the sugar (4)

  4. The eggs(5) the yogurt (6) the vanilla flavoring(7) and then start to work everything with a whip(8)

  5. Add, little by little, the flour and the yeast.(9)

  6. Start to work with the hands the compoust until will be smooth and compact(10)

  7. Take little pieces for your compoust and form our biscuits(11)

  8. Pas them into the powdered sugar e put them in a baking tray covered by baking paper (12)

  9. Continue until your dough will be over. Bake them in a preheated oven at 200° for 20 minutes. Now let the biscuits get colder and then you can serve it.
