Ingredients

4 portobello mushrooms
4 slices bread
parsley
1 cup cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove garlic
salt
pepper

Steps

Preheat the oven to 392 ° F (200 ° C). Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth. Cut the bread into small pieces and chop the parsley with the garlic. In a bowl, combine the bread, parsley and garlic. Add a pinch of salt and pepper and the oil. Add half cheese and mix well. Arrange the mushrooms in a baking dish with the inside facing up. Season the mushrooms with salt and pepper. Stuff them with bread and add a little cheese on the bread. Add a drizzle of oil. Cook for 20-25 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve.
