Stuffed mushrooms are delicious side dishes. A poor dish, but rich in flavor and very tasty. You can use any type of bread, wholemeal, cereal and any type of cheese you have available. These stuffed mushrooms are excellent to accompany meat or fish main courses.

4 portobello mushrooms
4 slices bread
1 cup cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove garlic


1 Knife
1 Chopping Board
1 Baking Tray


Preheat the oven to 392 ° F (200 ° C). Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth. Cut the bread into small pieces and chop the parsley with the garlic. In a bowl, combine the bread, parsley and garlic. Add a pinch of salt and pepper and the oil. Add half cheese and mix well. Arrange the mushrooms in a baking dish with the inside facing up. Season the mushrooms with salt and pepper. Stuff them with bread and add a little cheese on the bread. Add a drizzle of oil. Cook for 20-25 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve.
