Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup molasses
1 teaspoon vanilla beans
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ginger powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon baking powder for sweets
2 eggs
1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
61/4 cups flour

Steps

In the cutter, mix all the ingredients until the dough is compact and smooth. Cover with cling film and leave to rest overnight in the fridge. Preheat the oven to 350 ° F (180 ° C). Roll out to a thickness of 3 mm and cut the various shapes with cookie cutters. Arrange the biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cook for 10-15 minutes, they must be crunchy. Remove from the oven and leave to cool on a wire rack in order to facilitate the escape of moisture. Decorate with Royal Ice.
