Ingredients

1.7 ounces unsalted butter
11/4 cup powdered cane sugar
4 cups flours
10 yolks
1/2 cup milk
1 lemon (zest)
1 pinch salt
dark chocolate
sprinkles

Steps

Whip the soft butter with the icing sugar, salt and herbs until the mixture is white and puffy. Add the egg yolks mixed with the milk, little by little alternating them with the sifted flour. Mix without disassembling the mixture. With a pastry bag and a star nozzle, form the biscuits on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Leave to rest in the refrigerator for one hour. Bake at 180 ° C for 10-15 minutes, the biscuit must be clear. Remove from the oven and leave to cool on a wire rack. Glaze halfway with melted dark chocolate and decorate with sprinkles.
