Vegan Tiramisù is a very tasty spoon dessert, prepared with biscuits and a vegan cream based on silken tofu and coconut milk. A dessert therefore without gluten, eggs, milk and any type of animal derivative. Sweetened with agave syrup and flavored with turmeric powder.

To achieve the separation of the coconut cream from the liquid, place the can in the refrigerator overnight. Always prepare the coffee the night before and put it in the refrigerator.
Separate the creamy from the liquid part of the coconut milk can. Bring the coconut water to the boil with the agar agar for one minute, stirring with a whisk. Then pour the liquid into the mixer, add the tofu, agave syrup, cream of coconut milk (only the solid part).
Mix and pass through a sieve to make it more velvety. Leave the cream to cool for an hour in the fridge.
Dip the biscuits in the coffee and arrange them in cups or in an ovenproof dish. Pour in half of the cream, make another layer of biscuits soaked in coffee and finish with the cream. Sprinkle with cocoa and leave to cool in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Or you can freeze it and serve as a parfait.

You can flavor the tiramisu cream with a spoonful of liqueur, amaretto, rum or marsala.
