Ingredients

8 slices baguette
1 pear
1/2 cup goat cheese
walnut
1 lemon
salt
pepper

Steps

Slice the bread and toast it on a plate or in the oven. Wash the pears and cut them into thin slices. Wet them with a little lemon juice so as not to oxidize. Mix the goat mold with a lemon zest, pinch of salt and pepper with a fork. Toast the walnuts and chop them. Spread the cheese on each slice of bread. Arrange the pear slices on each crouton and decorate with the crumbled walnuts. A drizzle of honey can also be added to pears.
