Steps
The first thing to do is cut the courgettes into small pieces after having carefully washed them.
Heat the extra virgin olive oil with the onion in a pan
Pour in the courgettes
A cup of boiling water and salt. Cook for approximately 10 minutes
Reduce to cream with the immersion robot
Add the parmesan to the cream bowl.
and mix it all well
At this point pour a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil into the pan and the cream
Boil the pasta in plenty of salted water
Toast the chopped hazelnuts
Drain the pasta almost at the end of cooking and
continue cooking by adding a cup of the pasta cooking water
Add the parmesan and mix it
Ads the grated caciotta
