Today I want to share with you a first course that is very appreciated and really easy to do: PASTA WITH RICOTTA, PESTO AND CHOPPED HAZELNUT.
For this recipe you will only need an immersion robot to obtain a smooth cream
That day I had some friends at lunch but I didn’t have many time to do something too elaborate so I thought about this plate made with ready-made ingredients, an easy lunch but I can assure to you that it was really appreciated from my guests. If you prefer, you can replace the hazelnuts with walnuts or almonds

Ingredients PASTA WITH RICOTTA, PESTO AND CHOPPED HAZELNUT
- 320 gpasta
- 250 gricotta cheese
- 100 gpesto sauce
- q.s.chopped hazelnuts
- q.s.salt
Tools
- Blender / Mixer
PREPARATION PASTA WITH RICOTTA, PESTO AND CHOPPED HAZELNUT
In aboundous warm and salted water pour our pasta.
In the mean time pour in a cup the ricotta and pesto (1) and mix all with an immersion robot until it will be a cream.(2)
Once is ready, drain the pasta and add the compost that you had previously mixed and mix all.(3)
Now you can serve your plate adding a generous handful of chopped hazelnut.
