Ingredients

10 ounces white mushrooms (champignon) (300g)
1 celery (small – the heart)
12 walnuts
1.4 ounces parmesan cheese (flakes 40 g)
4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 lemon juice
q.s. salt (to taste)
q.s. pepper (to taste)

Mushrooms Celery Parmesan and Walnuts Salad is very easy to make.

First, clean the mushrooms: remove soil residues with a small knife. If you prefer, rinse them quickly and pat them dry with kitchen paper. Slice them thinly.

Transfer them in a bowl and immediately sprinkle with the lemon juice so that they do not blacken.

Now clean the celery. Wash it and pat dry with a kitchen towel, taking care to remove the filaments, and cut into thin pieces.

Shell the walnuts and reduce them into small pieces, not too small, with your hands.

In a serving dish, combine the prepared ingredients together with the sliced mushrooms; season with extra-virgin olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.

Finally, cut Parmesan cheese into flakes and add it to the salad.
