Ingredients

1 baguette (or Italian bread)
9 oz stracciatella cheese (250 g )
3.5 oz prosciutto, San Daniele (100 g )
q.s. melon (slices)
q.s. mint (fresh leaves)

Steps

First, slice the baguette using a bread knife making about 1,5 cm thick slices and toast them in a grill pan or in the oven, until lightly browned on both sides.

Cover them with the stracciatella cheese, then with the slices of prosciutto crudo and finally with the melon. For a floral decorative effect, cut thin slices from the melon and then roll them up and place them on the ham.

Finish with some mint leaves and serve. Here they are. Prosciutto and melon crostini are ready. Enjoy!
