Ingredients Apple Stuffed Puff Pastry

1 puff pastry (roll)
2 apples
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 lemon

Steps Apple Stuffed Puff Pastry

Preheat oven to 350° F ( 180° C ) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Wash the apples, remove the core and peel.

Cut the apples into pieces cook with the lemon juice and cinnamon in a saucepan for 15 minutes while continuing to stir.

Turn off the heat and allow to cool, blend to form a cream

Cut the puff pastry roll into 8 pieces.

For each piece, spread 2 teaspoons of apple cream.

Roll the shortbread on itself from the larger end.

Place the pieces on the prepared baking sheet and bake.

As soon as ready turn off the oven let cool completely and cover with powdered sugar.
