Apple Tart simple. Ideal Thanksgiving cake for those who don’t have a lot of time to devote to desserts. Puff pastry is a magical substance: it doesn’t look like it, but it turns into a puffy, golden substance. Perfect for fruit tarts, pastries, appetizers… This recipe is for making a very quick and very easy dessert that also gives impressive results. The other night I made this apple pie with puff pastry! Oh…look at how pretty it is!

Steps Apple Tart simple
Start preparing the custard by heating the milk in a small saucepan. While in a bowl beat the egg yolks, adding the sugar, cornstarch and vanillin sachet. Once the milk is ready, remove it from the heat, add the egg mixture, put it back on the heat on low flame until you get a fairly firm cream. Turn off the heat, allow to cool.
Preheat the oven to 350°F ( 180° C )
Remove the shortcrust pastry from the fridge at least 10 minutes before rolling it out.
Cut the apples into thin slices, put the pastry in a baking pan going up with the edge at least 1 cm (0.40 inch) and prick it with a fork, fill it with the custard, insert the apple slices in a circle.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, let cool.
As soon as it is completely cold sprinkle with powdered sugar and decorate with raspberries.
The middle part of my cake is leftover rolled shortcrust pastry.

The Apple Puff Pastry with Custard is a very delicious snack for a snack.
Very easy to make, and very tasty.
This pastry is a cuddle that I often allow myself because to prepare this dessert it takes very little time and few ingredients, you can choose to make the pastry at home or buy it the same thing for the custard.
