Steps Apple Tart simple
Start preparing the custard by heating the milk in a small saucepan. While in a bowl beat the egg yolks, adding the sugar, cornstarch and vanillin sachet. Once the milk is ready, remove it from the heat, add the egg mixture, put it back on the heat on low flame until you get a fairly firm cream. Turn off the heat, allow to cool.
Preheat the oven to 350°F ( 180° C )
Remove the shortcrust pastry from the fridge at least 10 minutes before rolling it out.
