3 orange (160 g or 5.6 ounces)
sugar (160 g or 5.6 ounces)
water (160 g or 5.6 ounces)

Steps Candied orange peels

Wash and dry 3 oranges.

Remove the peel from the oranges.

Cut the peels into strips Let stand for 24 hours in cold water.
