Ingredients Porridge vanilla yogurt and fruit

  • 100 mlgreek yogurt (vanilla )
  • 150 mlwater
  • 70 goatmeal
  • 200 mlmilk
  • 5 ghoney
  • 1kiwi
  • 10 gchocolate drops
  • 10blueberry
  • 3raspberries

Preparation Porridge vanilla yogurt and fruit

  1. To prepare porridge for breakfast, put the cereal in the water the night before. For the snack instead immediately in the morning.

    Drain the oatmeal from the water and put it in a saucepan with the milk.

    Cook over low heat for about 10 minutes, without letting it stick, when cooking is complete, then obtained a cream, let cool.

  2. As soon as it is cold put in a blender with the vanilla Greek yogurt.

    Cut the kiwi into rounds. Place the oatmeal in a bowl and arrange all the fruit as you like, also adding the raspberries, blueberries and honey to taste.

    As for the milk you can choose from low-fat, skim, whole milk, almond milk, coconut milk and so on will all work well.

    To sweeten the oatmeal my favorite is honey but you can use maple syrup.

    Yogurt: You can essentially use any yogurt of your choice, best to choose a vanilla flavored Greek yogurt.

    Nuts : walnuts hazelnuts almonds etc.
