An easy recipe also suitable for those who are not expert in cooking ready in less than 30 minutes: a real joker when you don’t know what to prepare epecially because everyone has a can of tuna and tomato sauce at home.
The secret to prepare a tasty and fragrant sauce is fry well onion and allow tomato sauce before adding tuna.
Canned Tuna Pasta is also a very economical recipe suitable for all seasons: in summer you can use fresh tomatoes, which make the sauce even better, while in winter you can use tomato puree and add anchovies for a more intense flavour.
Quick pasta sauce that you can prepare at last moment when you don’t know what to cook that will surely be appreciated by everyone.

Steps
STEP 1
Bring a pot of salted water for pasta to boil and cook pasta al dente.
Clean onion and slice very thin. Put 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan, heat, add whole peeled garlic, fry for a few seconds, then remove. Add onion, cook for a few minutes to brown.
STEP 2
Add anchovy fillets, drained from the conservation oil, 1 teaspoon of water and melt. If you like spicy flavours, add fresh chilli pepper cut into strips.
Pour in tomato puree and cook for 10 minutes. Drain tuna from conservation oil. Add chopped tuna to the pan, stir to mix sauce and cook for another 2 minutes.
STEP 3
Drain spaghetti al dente directly into the pan with sauce, let it flavor for a few moments. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately Canned Tuna Pasta sprinkled with chopped fresh parsley.

Pasta with canned tuna should be eaten as soon as it is cooked, it can be kept in an airtight container in the refrigerator for a maximum of one day.
This preparation is not suitable for freezing.
NOTE
To make the sauce even tastier you can add drinking olives or capers cut into small pieces.
