POTATO PIE WITH BROCCOLI AND SAUSAGE

Potato pie broccoli and sausage is a very creamy tasty second course that is simple to make and full of flavor. I love all potato cakes I have made several and all very tasty but this is one of my favorites and every time I bring it to the table it is a guaranteed hit and the kids like it a lot too . 200 g sicilian broccoletti (of boiled)
2 sausages
5 potatoes (large)
salt
oil evo
1 mozzarella (large )
parmesan cheese (grated)

FOR THE BÉCHAMEL SAUCE

3 tablespoons flour
50 g buttermilk
250 ml milk (or you can buy a large package of the ready-made one)

To prepare the potato broccoletti and sausage pie first you need to prepare the béchamel sauce. In a saucepan put the butter and melt it then add the flour stir and try not to form lumps then add the milk always stir on the heat until it gets the right thick and creamy consistency and at that point your béchamel sauce is ready. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices help yourself with a mandoline . In a pan brown the chopped sausages with a little oil and as soon as they are nicely colored add the broccoletti(already boiled previously) and adjust the salt, add half a glass of water mix everything well and cook for 7/8 minutes more .Turn off the heat and add the béchamel sauce. Begin to compose your pie dish. I used a round baking dish of about 30 cm. Pour a drizzle of oil on the bottom of the pan cover the whole bottom of the pan with a layer of potatoes add some of the dressing, the mozzarella cut into small pieces and a sprinkling of parmesan cheese and continue like this with the layers until you finish all the potatoes. Finally, after sprinkling generously with the parmesan and mozzarella, bake in a well-heated oven at 180 degrees for about 35 to 40 minutes. Do the fork test as in pies if the fork pierces easily then your pie is ready to be enjoyed.
