HOW TO PREPARE THE MEATBALLS

In a bowl, put the minced meat, the egg, 2 slices of cooked ham and two slices of stale bread, mix everything well and season with salt and pepper. Now boil 3 medium-sized potatoes and once cooked, peel them and let them cool. Now form the meatballs. Take some minced meat, crush it and put the cooked ham in the center and a piece of boiled potato on top, close everything forming a big meatball, I gave it a little oval shape. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and in the center, place the unboiled potatoes and zucchini cut into fairly large pieces, season with salt and oil and bake at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes. Remove from the oven and enjoy your stuffed meatballs. If you like, you can also add some cheese in the filling so they will be more stringy.
