300 flour
100 g sugar
100 g soft butter
1 egg
1 yolk
grated lemon peel
1 apples
jam (I apricots)
120 g walnuts
powdered sugar

LET’S PREPARE THIS DELICIOUS CRUMBLED TART.

PROCEDURE

First let’s make the shortcrust pastry. Put the flour in a well on the work surface, make a hole in the center and add all the ingredients, knead well and form a nice dough ball. Divide the dough in half, one half let it rest in the refrigerator while the other half, roll it out with your hands and knead in half the diced apple with all the peel and most of the walnuts, knead and keep in the freezer for 15 minutes. Roll out half the dough in a buttered and floured tart mold, spread the jam on it and top with the other half of the diced apple and the rest of the walnuts and finally, top it all with the dough you put in the freezer by crumbling it on top. Bake , at 180 degrees, for about 30 minutes but always adjust with your oven. Remove from the oven and dust with powdered sugar
