500 g spaghetti
400 g tomato pulp
10 fresh cherry tomatoes
extra virgin olive oil
salt
onion
basil
parmesan cheese (q.b.)

WE PREPARE SPAGHETTI

PROCEDURE

In a large skillet, sauté a clove of onion with extra-virgin olive oil, when it starts to sauté, add the pureed tomatoes and fresh cherry tomatoes cut in half, adjust salt and add a nice bunch of basil without cutting it, leaving the leaves whole. Stir well and cook for about 15 to 20 minutes. In the meantime, cook the spaghetti and once cooked, drain it and add it to the pan with the sauce, sauté a few minutes on the stove then turn off the stove, add the mix of parmesan and pecorino Romano cheese, mix it all together and enjoy this delight.
