SPAGHETTI GARLIC OIL WITH TUNA

Spaghetti garlic olio with tuna, a typical Italian dish simple, fast and very tasty. The original recipe for spaghetti is with garlic oil and chili but I added tuna and olives and I confess that they are very good. Spaghetti in Italy is often prepared especially when you spend an evening with friends and you make the classic spaghetti at midnight. Have you ever made it? I suggest you try them, they are delicious. Let’s see what we need to make spaghetti garlic olio with tuna and as they say in Rome, “SE FAMO DU SPAGHI?”

PROCEDURE

In a pot, boil water and when it boils, add the spaghetti, season with salt and cook for at least 7 minutes. In the meantime, in a large, low frying pan, fry some oil with the garlic clove, add the crumbled tuna and the olives cut into small pieces, let everything take on flavour and, if you like, add some chilli pepper. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it but keep aside a glass of cooking water, pour the pasta into the pan, put on the heat and sauté. If it is too dry, add a little of the cooking water. Finally, sprinkle with plenty of parsley.
