APPLE TART WITH ALMONDS

Apple tart with almonds, a very soft shortcrust pastry filled with lots of apples and lots of good jam but the thing that makes it really special is the crunchy note of almonds. 250 g flour
1 egg
1 yolk
100 g buttermilk (soft)
100 g sugar
Half sachet baking powder
lemon zest

2 apple
40 g almonds
jam (berries)
icing sugar

LET’S PREPARE THE TART

In a bowl, pour the flour make the classic hole in the center and combine all the ingredients. Knead well and form a dough, cover it and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. After resting, roll out the shortcrust pastry on a buttered and floured round tart pan. Peel the apples and cut them into thin slices. Spread a thin layer of jam on the bottom of the pastry, add the apples, then add the other jam and finally add the chopped almonds. You can also use the grain. Bake in a hot oven at 180 degrees for about 25/30 minutes. Always adjust with your oven. Remove from oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
