2 eggs
Half teaspoon baking powder

2 apples
1 orange
cinnamon powder
40 g walnuts, dried (in grain)

HOW TO PREPARE THE CAKE WITH ORANGE APPLES AND CANNELLLA

In a bowl, mix the eggs, sugar, and oil, then add the flour with the baking powder, mix everything well and form a nice ball. After making the shortcrust pastry, let it rest 30 minutes in the refrigerator. In the meantime, peel and chop the apples, cook them in a pan with a tablespoon of sugar and orange juice, let them soften.
Divide the dough in two, roll out a part on a round baking pan of about 25 cm, cover it with baking paper, cover the bottom with orange marmalade, then add the softened apples and add chopped walnuts.
With the other half, close the whole thing, seal the edges well and bake, at 180 degrees, for about 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
