HOW TO PREPARE CHRISTMAS CAKE

To make the Christmas orange cake, it is very simple,.
Whip the whole eggs with the sugar for a long time, they should be nice and puffy, don’t get tired right away, they should whip well.
Add the orange juice and then the oil, but do not stop whipping.
Add the orange zest and finally, the flour with baking powder.
The mixture will be very liquid and this is how it should be, do not add more flour.
In the meantime, prepare the sugar veil. I used about 120 g of icing sugar. Add a drop at a time of orange juice into the powdered sugar and start mixing. You need to get a smooth frosting neither liquid nor thick.
Remove the cake from the oven and pour the sugar glaze over it and then decorate with pomegranate seeds. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and wait for it to cool down to enjoy.
