HOW TO PREPARE THE WHIPPED CAKE

Blend 3 mandarins with all the peel together with the sugar. Add the eggs one at a time, then the oil, milk and finally the flour with yeast. Pour everything into a baking pan covered with baking paper or buttered. I used a baking pan of about 30 cm.
