Today i want to share with you a recipe that will be always with me, pizza without kneading dough crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside.
You can do it in a few hours and it is really perfect.
I wanted to do a lighter and faster dough that was easier to digest. In this dough you will only use 6 g of yeast and you can do everything in 5 hours. Also, you don’t need a planetary, you can use just a spoon and a bowl…There’s nothing that is so easy to do and super tasty at the same time. It remains super crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside. I made it with and without mozzarella, it will be very good anyway.

11/2 cup water
2 teaspoons fresh brewer’s yeast
2 teaspoons salt
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
10 tomatoes
10 olive
q.s. oregano



Start by melting the yeast in a big cup with water (1)
Add oil and mix it all (2)
Now add also all the flour (3)

When all the flour will be absorbed, add the salt (4)
Mix it everything very well and let it rest in the same cup for 15 minutes (5)
After 15 minutes make the first fold, bringing the sides towards the center (6)

Do the second fold and let it rest for another 15 minutes and then repeat everything again for 2 times and let it rest for 3 hours (7)
After 3 hours your dough will be two times bigger (8)
At this time pour your dough on a work plane with re-milled semolina (9)

add the tomatoes(10), olives(11) and oregano(12)
