We are a family who loves Nutella.
I had to hide the jars from my son when he was little, but also from my husband!
As my son says: anything is good stuffed with a little of this hazelnut and chocolate cream!
This easy CRUMBLE cookie CAKE, makes the perfect Dessert or Snack Cake. A buttery cookie crumbly base filled with a creamy hazelnut filling then topped with more crumb topping and baked to perfection!
In the past it was difficult to find it in US but luckily it has reached everywhere by now. So dont wait: make this delicious Nutella Crumb Cake

In a large bowl whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt, add the butter, using a blender or a fork combine until a mixture of coarse crumbs is formed, add the egg and continue to knead only until it is not yet crumbly.

Put about 2/3 of the crumbly mixture into a buttered and floured 9 inch pan.
Dabbing lightly.
Preheat the oven to 350 ° (180 ° C).

Distribute the Nutella * evenly over the top and sprinkle with the remaining crumb mixture.
Bake for about 30-40 minutes or until they are lightly browned on the surface.
Leave to cool before serving.
