Scary Halloween treats. Let’s bring these monstrous cakes to the table for the most terrible holiday of the year, when the dead wake up scaring young and old alike! They are not the classic cupcakes or muffins but they are really good and very fluffy.

Ingredients Scary Halloween treats
For cake
- 2 cupsflour (200 g)
- 1/2 cupbutter (100 g unsalted)
- 3eggs
- 6 tablespoonsmilk (60 ml )
- 1 sachetvanilla
- 1/2 teaspoonbaking powder (6 g)
For decoration
- 1/2 cupfresh whipping cream (120 g)
- 1/4 cuppine nuts (40 g)
- 1/4 cupstrawberries ( 40 g jam)
Preparation Scary Halloween treats
For cake
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
In a bowl, beat the butter with the sugar at high speed with an
eletric mixer until it forms a cream.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly.
Combine the flour, baking powder, vanilla pod and salt.
Then add them to the cream alternating them with the milk.
Once the mixture is ready pour it in
in
cups and bake for 20 minutes.
Turn off the oven and let it cool.
For the decoration
Carve the sweets to form a mouth by eliminating the inner part and then fill it with strawberry jam or a red jam of your choice.
Add the pine nuts to form teeth, and always dirty the lip part with the jam.
For the eyes, whip some whipped cream with cocoa, put it in a syringe for sweet with a small star spout, form the eyes with tufts of cream and pine nuts.
