For the spiced butter
- 1/4 cupbutter (50 g )
- 1 spoonspices ( finely chopped ( basil, chives, tarragon, dill, parsley and/or thyme. ))
- 1/2 teaspoonsalt
- 1/2 teaspoonpepper
- 2salmon fillets
Preparation Salmon slice with spiced butter
For the spiced butter
To make the herb butter: combine softened butter with finely chopped herbs, such as basil, chives, tarragon, dill, parsley and/or thyme. Add about 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper. Mix thoroughly.
Grease a couple of times with herb butter and turn once halfway through cooking to brown both sides of the fish.
Cook the salmon fillets on the stove, allowing about 10 minutes per side.
