Ingredients Halloween cupcakes
For Halloween cupcakes
- 13/4 cupflour (200 g)
- 100 gunsalted butter (3.5 ounces)
- 1/4 cupmilk (60 g)
- 1 teaspoonbaking powder (4 g)
Cream to decorate:
- 4 ouncesunsalted butter (120 g )
- 12/3 cupicing sugar (220 g)
- 2 tablespoonsmilk (30 g)
- 100 gwhite chocolate (3.5 ounces)
Preparation Halloween cupcakes
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a bowl, beat the butter with the sugar on high speed with electric whips until it forms a cream.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly.
Combine the flour, baking powder, vanilla bean bag and salt. Then, add them to the cream alternating with the milk. Once the mixture is ready pour it into
into cupcake cases and bake for 20 minutes.
Turn off the oven and allow to cool .
Cream to decorate
Melt white chocolate and allow to cool.
In a high-sided bowl, whip the butter with the powdered sugar and milk until creamy, then add the melted chocolate.
Place the cream in a piping bag with a flat, smooth nozzle.
Decorate cupcakes with stripes to simulate mummy bandages.
Other cakes draw spider webs.
