I often buy this meat, my children and my husband like it very much and therefore at least once a week we consume it. But I do not like it very much and for this reason I try to find delicious recipes that make her palatable and that allow the chicken breast to remain soft and succulent.

To make the chicken breast creamy with peppers, cooked in a pan, you need very few moves, the recipe is very simple and in the end you get a very tasty dish, slightly bittersweet and with a delicious cream that will make you crazy!

Ingredients

2 pounds chicken breast
2 onions (medium)
2 peppers (big and thick)
q.s. salt
q.s. olive oil
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (or white wine vinegar)
1 teaspoon sugar (full)
q.s. paprika
q.s. curry (optional)
q.s. black pepper
1 teaspoon bread flour

Steps

Rinse the peppers, remove the seeds and filaments and cut into small pieces. Peel, rinse and chop an onion.

Collect the onion in a pan, brown it with a little olive oil, add the peppers and a sprinkling of salt.

Let it go over medium heat for 15 minutes.

Cut the chicken breast into pieces, collect it in a bowl, add the spices and flour, mix.

once lightly cooked the peppers, add the chicken, raise the heat and let flavor. Pour in the vinegar, add the sugar and stir, season with salt, evaporated the vinegar pour 1/2 glass of water and let it cook for another 20 minutes over moderate heat, stirring often.

When the water has evaporated and a thick and creamy sauce has formed on the bottom, turn off, let stand for a few minutes and bring to the table.

You can prepare this dish even in advance of a few hours, at the time of serving just add a little water, bring to a boil and serve also in this case, after a few minutes of rest.
