q.s. lemon zest
q.s. bread flour
1 teaspoon honey
q.s. pepper (in grains, pink or a mix)
1 pinch garlic

How to cook lemon chicken escalopes.

Buy chicken escalopes that aren’t too thin.

Pass them in flour on both sides, heat a non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil and a pinch of garlic, I prefer the powder, which is always ready in the pantry.

Arrange the chicken slices in a pan and sauté on one side and on the other and salt.
