Ingredients

  • 2 poundschicken breast
  • 1lemon
  • q.s.olive oil
  • q.s.black pepper
  • Half glasswater
  • 2orange (juicy)
  • 1onion (medium)
  • q.s.salt
  • 1.5 ouncesflour

Preparation

  1. Cut the chicken breast into pieces, choose the size, you can also make some rags with the chicken breast sliced.

    Collect the meat in a bowl, sprinkle with a little pepper, add the flour and stir so that it adheres to the various pieces.

  2. Chop the onion and brown it in a large pan with olive oil.

    Add chicken, salt and let it brown.

    Squeeze the citrus fruits and make the juice.

  3. Dilute the juice with water and add a tablespoon of sugar, if it is too sour.

    Pour the liquid on the chicken and let it go on low or moderate heat, for about 25 minutes.

    Turn off the gas when everything has shrunk, leaving room for a thick creme.

    Sprinkle with black pepper and grated citrus peel, serve immediately.

    You can also decide to prepare everything in advance and warm it up when you bring it to the table, adding water, stirring and letting it thicken again.
