Spicy chicken with beer and honey

Spicy chicken with beer and honey…
Chicken is one of my family’s favorite dishes and since they love it, recipes with chicken have always a great success.
A few days ago I wanted to improvise a bit and I bought a small chicken to cook it whole in casserole.
I added beer, spices and a bit of honey and I let it cook on a slow fire for just over an hour. The result was a succulent and tasty dish, fragrant with a delicious cooking gravy perfect to accompany the meat that seemed to melt in my mouth!
Let’s go, I’ll tell you how to make it.
